Orders are packaged and shipped weekly, with most orders being processed within 3-5 business days of placement. Shipments may take 7-10 business days to arrive after the order has been processed, or longer for international orders.
International shipping is available. Shipping costs are determined by our carriers. Additional duties and taxes may apply that are not calculated in your purchase total.
Items that are purchased as a pre-order are fulfilled as soon as the merchandise is available. You will be informed on the status and shipping of your pre-order via email. If you purchase additional items alongside a pre-order, your order will be fulfilled when all merchandise is available.
Proof of purchase is required for a full refund, items cannot be damaged. Prints can always be exchanged for varying size or frame options and charges or refunds are applied as applicable.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE POLICY
Merchandise that fails to arrive or arrives damaged must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt. Merchandise may be replaced or a refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
Small gifts and freebies may be included in your order for no additional charge. These are not exchangeable or refundable for value.
